Tariff
Rooms are available from £90.00 for a double room per night (including breakfast) based on shared occupancy.
Single occupancy is slightly more than half the double cost. Not available at weekends or holiday periods.
Children under the age of five are free if sharing a suite with their parents.
Children under the age of 14 are 50% of applicable adult tariff.
Meals are available in The Restaurant on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Prices for dinner parties and special events by arrangement .
The charges are based on
bed and breakfast occupancy, that is, that rooms are vacated between 10.30 am and 4 pm during your stay and rooms are vacated before 11 am on day of departure.
For full day occupancy an additional surcharge will be levied.
Cancellation policy: as we are a small family establishment our cancellation policy is flexible. Our general rule is that if we have to turn away another booking because of yours, we will charge if the room is not re-let due to your cancellation. In certain circumstances we are prepared to offer a future booking as an alternative. If there is no inconvenience and no lost bookings we do not charge a cancellation fee provided the cancellation is made at least three days before the date booked. 48 hour cancellation will incur a 50% charge. 24 hour cancellation will incur a 100% charge.
